T-shirt

Hello, at the risk of being labeled "difficult", again I am disappointed. I approved the proof, HOWEVER the proof looked great, but the actual photo on the shirts were not as depicted shown on the proofs. Three of the four had a "sheen" of some sort over the faces that made them unrecognizable. The fourth phot was black and white, which is probably why there was no sheen. I appreciate your initial commitment to make this right, but you failed. As for the size, the 2x were extremely large and the replacement XL was larger that expected as well.
