Spicy and a little sweet

I use hot sauce on almost everything. I try many but tend to fall back on Tabasco, a known quantity. Mule Sauce is hot but has a bit of sweetness and a full-bodied (can't think of another way to describe it) taste. The heat doesn't overwhelm the flavor and make the entire thing an exercise in endurance. I use it more sparingly than Tabasco, which doesn't have the same kick. I really like it and it's gone into rotation with Tabasco, Texas Pete, Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce, and Laoganma sauce. You guys did a great job!
