Definitely Requires Some Improvement
I'm very glad that I won these charms in a giveaway rather than purchasing them outright, because there are a lot of things about these charms that need improving before I purchase them for my business. The process by which these charms are produced is printing the image desired on a single side of an acrylic resin, which is fairly common, but the printer used at Sticker Mule leaves a very grainy texture and therefore a very grainy image on the charms (-1 star). What's more, the side on which the design is printed has no protective coating or second layer of acrylic placed over it before shipping, so 10 of the charms (20% of the order) arrived damaged. They were scratched by the other charms in the package in such a way that the design on the other side of the acrylic had visible holes in it(-1 star). Which is also an issue I will chalk up to being a shipping complication-- since it appears all of the charms were haphazardly tossed into a non-padded plastic bag, then tossed into a box which also had no padding to be shipped (-1 star). Not sure if my order was just treated as less-than-priority because it was a giveaway, or if this is genuinely the process through which everyone's charms go, but as it stands, I will continue to seek my current charm manufacturer as Sticker Mule's charms are not quite to the quality I depend on for my art business.
