ARRIVED TOO LATE FOR AN EVENT

I have been a long-time client and LOVE THE PRODUCTS, but this time I was very disappointed at the delay in shipping which meant I could not use the product for the purpose for which they were bought - at a special event! Please, please guarantee your deliveries even allowing for delays. I allowed several weeks for the delivery and still it was delayed and arrived a few days after the event.
