Poor packing - Charms arrived damaged

I ordered 3x3 charms. They came in a standard cardboard box - half of them were in a beat up plastic bag that looked like it had been dragged around on the ground for a while. The other half were unwrapped (loose) inside the box. While the fronts of the charms come protected with a thin plastic sheet, the black background/backing was chipped on multiple charms. This means that the image on the charms looks like it has holes in it. The undamaged charms look great. The damaged ones are unusable - they look terrible. I cannot give these out to my customers. I’m sure that coming off the production line these all looked great. When they were sloppily tossed into a box and shipped (and then it looks like kicked around a few times) the product went from great to unusable.
