Not the size I thought

I went thru the message with a sales person over 12 times trying to explain the size I needed. I wanted to try them out for my bottles. Welp after a week of waiting I get them back and they are literally a little bit bigger then the ones I needed before. If I have to make my.own design longer to get the size sticker I need. I will do that. But ughhh. It qoild be nice if we could get help. I even tried to send a picture of the shape of the bottle. I'll be trying something else. Because this size is way to small for me.
