The ease of ordering and uploading was great.  But, I requested a particular size (4x4) which they seemed unable to make the text larger, so I had to settle for much smaller product (4x1.5).  Though I don't understand why they couldn't enlarge the text, I was fine with it (I just needed the stickers), until I realized that they charged me for 4x4 size stickers.  The least they could do is charge accordingly.  And I asked for a particular delivery date - and they didn't ship until that date.  The stickers were nice, but I am really unsure if I would use this service again.
