From not being able to use my credit card with their service (because the bank said there were too many fraud complaints), to them moving the financial ball when it came to shipping and just generally getting accurate info to the customer, I will not use their service going forward. A specific example: The website said the expedite fee was $9. I elected not to use it initially but then changed my mind and was sent a link that said I could change shipping but now the fee was $19 and the package would still arrive on the exact same date, which I believe was something like August 9, 2024. Like all of the other issues I had with this service they said they were aware of the "problem" and would tell their development team. At no point did they try and rectify the situation and charge me the original $9. There is no way to actually speak to anyone on the phone either. So my labels were sent to my home instead of where I needed them to go and I was unable to put them on my products in the time frame needed.
