Poor quality! Not usable!

This is the second order I have placed. There is to much vinyl to get down to the paper and ink. I have had 3 chats on this subject and sent an email. I have not gotten a response from you even though your message says within a 1/2 hour. I can’t call a customer service number. You also directed me to an outside service to which I needed to pop at money. I asked for my money to be returned or that the product get made correctly. This was supposed to be a fun event with my daughter and her friend but because of medical reasons I cannot get a “real tattoo”. Cancer and hospice patient.
