Honey labels

I was happy with the quality of work however they had a problem resizing my artwork so I wasn't able to get the exact size I wanted. Instead of the customer service team explaining that I needed a vector file they just let me order what they could give me. I am a novice and knew nothing of these graphic designer terms so it would have saved me time and money if this was explained to me earlier
