Damaged Stickers, Received less than what was ordered

The quality of the stickers is fine, but I ordered 50 stickers and only received 47 in passable condition. The rest were all clearly damaged during the print process, with large scratches across the face of each sticker obscuring most of my design. It's bad enough to receive stickers in such bad shape, worse yet that the amount of stickers I received that weren't damaged were less than what I actually paid for and ordered. I hope there can be some way to resolve this and prevent it from happening again.
