good quality, but hard to peel and smaller than anticipated

most stickers have a split in the middle of the backing to help peel it off, but these do not. the backing runs right to the edge making it extremely annoying to peel off. there is definitely no opportunity for a quick peel and stick with these, takes a sold 30 seconds to get the thing off... They are also smaller than they claim. I ordered 3" stickers, expecting them to be, well, 3 inches. The actual measured diameter is 2.75" All in all, good quality and good print, just need to fix a few things mentioned above for me to be fully satisfied.
