Why didn't my Commissions ID verification work?

Commissions ID verification might fail for a variety of reasons, such as:

• You are not located in the US
• Your ID is expired
• You are trying to submit an invalid form of ID
• Your selfie does not match your ID photo

You will have 24 hours to complete the process, during which time, you can make up to 5 attempts at getting verified. If you continue having trouble getting verified and aren't sure why, please contact us for help.
