A hopefully helpful suggestion

I'm basically satisfied with the ornaments I received that are usable; however, there are 10 out of the 70 ordered that are so damaged (perhaps in shipping) that I can't use them. The white backing has been chipped or scraped off and therefore, the picture on the front is ruined. My suggestion is to cover the back of the ornament with a protective film as well as the front. Now, I'm afraid more will be damaged before we give them away at our event since the backs are not protected. Also, one of them came with the loop-hole on the top broken off--there goes another. :(
