I'm basically satisfied with the ornaments I received that are usable; however, there are 10 out of the 70 ordered that are so damaged (perhaps in shipping) that I can't use them. The white backing has been chipped or scraped off and therefore, the picture on the front is ruined. My suggestion is to cover the back of the ornament with a protective film as well as the front. Now, I'm afraid more ...

The size of the print area on our custom t-shirts depends on the t-shirt size and print location. We'll automatically proof your artwork using the largest print area. If you'd like, you can request a specific print size when you upload your artwork or during proofing.

Yes! The front of our custom keychains includes a clear, removable laminate to help prevent scratching and scuffing. A non-removable matte varnish protects the back of the keychain and helps reduce chipping.
If you have difficulty peeling the film, we recommend trying one of these methods:
- Rub your finger on the edge to help loosen it.
- Use a hairdryer on a low-heat setting for 10 seconds to loosen the adhesion.
- Place a piece of tape on top of the keychain, then peel it off slowly from the edge.

Almost any artwork, from family photos to professional promotions, will stand out on our custom posters.
Vector files, which are made from mathematical paths and can be infinitely scaled, are ideal for printed products.
Vector file types can include eps, ai, pdf, SVG, or sketch.
Raster images, which are made up of a bunch of tiny pixels, also work great as long as they are 300 PPI at the size you'd like your custom posters printed.
Raster file types can include png, jpg, tiff, jpg, psd.
