The buttons I ordered turned out great, I am very happy with them. There's nothing flimsy about this or any of the items I've ordered. Love those crazy deals.

The orientation of the pin wrong. All the pins are in all different directions on the back. No care was made to assure the button would read correctly. It shows as correct in the proof but they were made hastily and incorrectly. They are basically "seconds".

The logo graphic on the front of the buttons looked good. However, of the 50 buttons ordered, only 4 of buttons had the pins positioned on the back to match the logo graphic on the front. The remaining 46 buttons had the pins in random positions which cause difficulty in displaying the logo in an upright position.

Unfortunately these have the stick pins rather than a snap on feature. No one wants to ruin their clothes.

The needle placement were not placed to assure that the front image is straight. All the pins were completely upside down or lopsided and rendering the pins useless.

I ordered a bunch of these pins and they came in just how I wanted them to be put on and the pins them selves seem to be of good quality too!! I recommend ordering these ones if you’ve been thinking about it

The artwork was already perfect, but the first time I ordered, it was slightly misaligned. I contacted the company, and they immediately resolved the issue by sending a new batch almost instantly. I absolutely love this company—their customer service is always wonderful, and their dedication to making things right is unmatched. Highly recommend!
