The top right corner arrived bent. The crease will not come out and it's not fixable.

I chose Matte over Glossy, I do want to try Glossy next time. The color match is perfect and the paper quality is good considering I was ordering blindly (please add to your website the paper weight and more details but for the deal I wasn't minding so much)...and 'heavy weight' paper was pretty much what I received. Why would ANYONE pay $19 for this GARBAGE!!!! The fact you tried to give me an EDUCATION on types of PAPER definitely fueled the fact this is a STRAIGHT MONEY GRAB for your company… “We spend 10¢ and upcharge $18.90!!!! (Insert Evil Villain Laugh)… Well your plan was foiled!!!! Take this $#!% off your offering list!!!!
