This is the second order I placed from the 'Mule. I paid full price this time (first order was a daily deal through AppSumo), but still feel that I got a good value for my money. It's very easy to upload artwork and get your first proof. However, it took about 5-6 iterations of writing instructions for the die cut pattern - almost to the point where I was going to give up. Eventually I had to draw the die cut pattern by hand and upload a new file to show exactly what I wanted. Even then the die cut pattern shown wasn't followed.
