never received, replacement sent out wrong size, big ordering mess

so originally i checked out using a coupon for 10 dollars off a t shirt , i made my order , the cart said 10.60 or so and after i checked out i got charged full price. so i sent a message out letting them know about this but hadnt heard anything back for a bit so i decided to try the deal again before it expired and well it worked and i ordered a large, it never showed up.... said it was left near my mailbox but anyway, a replacement was supposedly sent out but what i ended up receiving was a size medium. i messaged again and was told if i wanted the large shirt id have to make a new order and wouldnt be getting a replacement
