Wrinkled poster

I order a lot of various merch for my two bands. I’ve always been 100% satisfied with the quality and shipping of the items. This poster is definitely the exception. I don’t know if a child or animal rolled the poster but it is covered in various wrinkles and folds. It cannot be framed now. Probably just have to toss it. Needless to say, I was disappointed. Why bother with the sturdy tube when the poster is ruined when rolling it up? Perhaps consider rolling it the other direction. Roll the long way not the short direction. I’ll order again but will definitely think twice about ordering a poster. QC was off that day.
