Be strict with your proof approvals!!

I can't point the finger at Sticker Mule completely... It's my responsibility to approve the proof and even though I attached a reference image after kicking back a proof I wasn't satisfied with I still went forward and approved the 2nd proof assuming that my attached imaged would be followed in terms of where I wanted the graphic placed. When the shirt arrived sure enough the graphic was too low and not matching the image I attached. Again, I approved the proof so really it's my fault for not requesting changes until the proof matched my reference image. Overall there's nothing wrong with the quality of the print, so full marks for Sticker Mule there. This wouldn't stop me from ordering again but it will make me reject proofs until I get exactly what I want, or have written feedback from Sticker Mule as to why they can't accommodate my request.
