Product came damaged

I was super excited for these acrylic charms! I order 50 and the design did turn out super cute, but quite a few did arrive damaged. 10 in total are damaged in some sort of way. Some of them have been completely misprinted and large chunks of the design are missing. A few of them, the acrylic is chipped in noticeable places. And I also received 1 extra burnt piece of cardboard in with my order. If it was just one or two, I wouldn’t be as bothered, but just because I plan on selling my product, 10 is a large quantity of unsellable product.
