The heat and sweetness are nicely blended and very doable. The missing link is salt. Sweet, salty and heat. The slat will tie it all together.

Love the Mule sauce but had to take one star off because I prefer to eat organic. Please use organic tomatoes and chilis next batch and I will surely give you a 5 star rating.
