My labels are normally perfect but this time my black labels turned out to be more dark grayish. Also didn't look as glossy this time. On the preview they looked great. Not sure what happened this time..

These labels are generally good, nice vibrant colors and quality materials. But, every 20 labels or so there is some strange cutting error/misprint leading to labels being cut in half, truncated or otherwise weird-looking. As a result, the number of labels in the roll is not accurate and I'm disappointed in the quality overall.

The communication was excellent and item arrived before advised. The quality is really good. I will continue to use sticker mule for certain. Thank you guys for a great service!
