Fast and quality materiel but a bit blurry

I was happy with the delivery time (earlier than expected) and the quality of the sticker paper, however even after confirming with the correspondent that I can send my files in any format at any size so whatever they preferred for best quality, I could send, the printing is a bit blurry which I am sad about
