Disappointing - be careful when they fix anything for you

Sticker mule is a great company and I've ordered several times with them. I guess I got too comfortable, and for my new company I asked them to use the file from another order and assumed they would apply the same colors and transparency, so I approved the proof without much hassle and then realized most of the sticker wasn't cut out. What a disappointment. $500 down the drain. They ended up giving me a credit but not refund or replacement. I'd say learn from my experience, check your proof with the dark background switch (just saw that) and do not let them edit your files, do it yourself, they are professional but that's not a part you can rely on them for.
