print line shown on all the pouches. low ink? no quality check?

For my first order of pouches, I placed a small test order to check how my artwork would print on the pouches. Later, I realized that I had forgotten to remove the guidelines from the artwork before approving the proof, and accepted the order with the lines still visible. Whoops! Since it was a very small order, I didn’t think too much of it—I figured stickermule's team noticed my mistake and didn’t conduct a thorough quality check because I would be clearly reordering that batch. However, with my second, larger order (which only included the logo and no artwork), I received more than half of the pouches with a noticeable red smudge on the lighter side. Aside from the ink bleeding, there’s a distinct line that the printer seems to be consistently leaving, which appeared in both my first and second orders, weeks apart. Unfortunately, I can’t give more than half of these pouches to my client as they don’t meet any acceptable quality standards :( I really expected so much more.
