The charms turned out great and the customer service was exceptional for this project. Only two hiccups, a couple printing of the charms were damaged or misprinted

This was a reprint of an order that had some slight defects. The customer service rep & design team were super helpful and quick to remedy the errors with a new proof and offer to reprint. This batch has much improved color but this is the 3rd order in a row of these type charms to have several pieces that aren’t usable and it’s a reprint from previous unusable pieces. I'm so pleased with the cute acrylic charms I ordered! The protective backing can be a little difficult to remove, but I'm not bothered by that at all--totally worth it! The quality, size, and thickness of these is very nice. I ordered these a while ago and would say the quality is pretty good!!
