I ordered these a while ago and would say the quality is pretty good!! The acrylic charm is one-sided, meaning one side has the cool picture/drawing and the other has a white silhouette (being the acrylic itself) that can be susceptible to being scratched by metal objects (keys etc) also, always do and tell the ones you gift/sell a charm to remove the protective film on the side of the picture (n...

Good points were: very quick proofing, delivery as advised, reasonable price, replacements sent when defects reported without quibble. Not sure why my orders seem to come with such inconsistent quality. These charms were dark and had kind of a blue tint making them not as attractive as the last bright batch that I received.

4 out of 20 of these charms arrived with part of the protective film missing. The unprotective portion has a melted look. It's frustrating to have flaws almost every time I order. The only reason I continue to order is because my customers enjoy the items that do turn out correctly.

All 10 of these charms turned out really well. Wish I could say the same for other items in the order though... received several flawed charms which happens almost every time that I order. The only reason I continue to order these is because my customers like the products that do turn out correctly.

1 out of the 10 charms I ordered had a defect in the acrylic. Seems like this happens almost every time I order. My customers do enjoy the products that do turn out correctly.

Scratches to the design that's attached on the back actually peal th...
