I order 50 charms & quite a few came damaged. Customer service was real quick and sent me replacements for the new ones within a week. Cute charms!

Good print as always with StickerMule. The edges are unfortunately more brittle and angular than expected. I think the cut is cleaner for a design with few corners and angles. Perhaps software can also help here to avoid too tight curves in order to optimize the result.

The acrylic charms look great. I also want to mention that customer service is fantastic. I had an issue with the original batch I ordered, and customer service was professional and very helpful.

Once again I received defected items on my order. It seems like routine now. Before to place the order I even kindly asked to do a quality check and to make sure all the pieces are correct with no defect. This item was scratch on the front (probably during the cut) so again one item I pay but I cannot used. Is it so difficult to do a quality check and send not defective items? Apparently it is.
