Once again I received defected items on my order. It seems like routine now. Before to place the order I even kindly asked to do a quality check and to make sure all the pieces are correct with no defect. This item was scratch on the front (probably during the cut) so again one item I pay but I cannot used. Is it so difficult to do a quality check and send not defective items? Apparently it is.

The acrylic charms I ordered were great! A combination of quality printing and materials made for a super cute product. Customer service was excellent!

These came out very cute! The quantity and price are amazing, and the final product is adorable. My only gripe is the metal rings that come with it. It is difficult to put them on, especially without any tools, but I wouldn't expect the sellers to do all the work for me. Overall, it was very worth it.

People should know that the imprint is not on the acrylic but rather a paper sticker attached to the arcylic. This means your design needs to be crisp and clear. They also come with a protective cover on the front which no one in our office knew and it was 2 weeks before we realized this as its not evident
