80% of the stickers' kiss-cuts did not cut through the vinyl. The stickers were unusable. 20% of the stickers arrived with no kiss-cut at all. Fortunately, StickerMule is rushing another batch to try to remedy the issue at no additional cost.

Straightforward artwork upload and approval system. Stickers arrived in time frame promised. Excellent printed detail and a fairly detailed kiss cut outline for our strutting frog - all good!
