Why did my payout fail?
Here are the most common reasons why your payout might have failed and how to fix it:
Payment processing issues
Your PayPal account isn’t verified
Your PayPal account needs to be verified to receive payouts. Double-check your account, and if it’s not verified, follow PayPal’s steps to fix it.
Payout eligibility
Automatic monthly deposits
Store earnings (any amount in your Wallet) are automatically deposited into your PayPal account on the first of every month.
Commissions are for shipped orders only
Commission payouts are processed only once the order has been completed and shipped. Pending or canceled orders do not qualify.
Unclaimed payouts
If a payout remains unclaimed in PayPal after 30 days, it will be returned to your Wallet.
On-demand withdrawals coming soon
Currently, store earnings are automatically deposited into your PayPal account on the first of every month. While on-demand withdrawals aren’t available yet, this feature is in the works and coming soon! In the meantime, you can see your earnings in your dashboard immediately and count on monthly deposits to PayPal.
Account verification
You need to complete ID verification and accept our terms of service to be eligible for payouts. If verification didn't work, try again in 24 hours.
Account restrictions
Restricted PayPal account
Your PayPal account might have restrictions that prevent payouts. Check your PayPal account for notifications or contact PayPal support for more help.
Location restrictions
Payouts may not be allowed in certain countries or states. Currently, Commissions is only available to residents of the US, Canada, and Mexico, excluding US territories. If you’re in a restricted region, you won’t be eligible for payouts.
