Initially had a misunderstanding of the proof. My image had a background and I thought it was going to be removed. When the final redraw file(s) were received it was not. Provided a low rating. Customer Service immediately contacted me and after I explained the issue, they redrew the image without the background. Image is perfect and exactly what I needed. Will purchase again!
