The t-shirt never arrived, it's been like 3 weeks from the date they said would arrived but it never did

I'm a fan of stickermule. The shirt quality was good, the printing wasn't very clean, but overall satisfied

The shirt arrived fairly quickly, however the printed image on it isn't great - it's uneven and cracked, as though the shirt has seen hundreds of washes despite being brand new. The result is that the print job doesn't look cheap, but does look "vintage" out of the box. This is a new product on offer, so I totally accept that they're still working out the kinks. I'm not sure if it was the size of the print, or the fact that it was on a black shirt, but the print looked washed out and faded upon arrival, and doesn't look like it will survive many washes. I did order the same design smaller as a pocket logo on a gray shirt and it looks much better and I'm happy enough to give it to my client. Unlike the proof that I approved before the printing of the t-shirt, the design came out as a blob of black, quasi obliterating my gorgeous German Shepherd. The t-shirt makes no sense now without the picture.

I was over the moon when i first received the shirt, easily one of my favorite shirts, however after only 1 wash (being sure to follow the instructions) it started to deteriorate. After 3 washes it is now almost unwearable as it no longer looks like my cat but instead looks just like a black shirt that has some gross stuff on it. Oof, these are rough. I've gone through three samples now, and unfortunately I don't have anything positive to report.
