I ordered a kiss cut and received a white rectangle. I wanted to use Sticker Mule for a work project and would have been a loyal repeat customer. I reached out to customer service to ask about the difference in my proof and what I received. I was talked down to and told to "enjoy my future endeavors." Terrible experience. I would look somewhere else for your sticker needs.

I feel there should be more of an explanation of what certain products are. Kiss cut sounds like they would be cut in the shape of lips 💋 Please show diagram of the product before ordering 🙏
