Upon my order I was very excited. The video and pictures show that the image can be cut out in that shape and that’s what I initially wanted but I got a rectangle shape. I purchased these as a surprise for my boyfriend who designed his own character. I was worried that some detail may be lost due to the size, but every sketch came out perfect. I was honestly surprised they were able to even get the swords without needing to use a background. The plastic protective sticker over the top is a little difficult to remove, but other than that I have no complaints!

The pins look great

Although they are a little bigger than I thought they were going to be (not a bad feature), I really like how light the acrylic pins are over a cloisonne pin of the same size. Alternate pin backs (no snag, locking pin backs, etc) would be a great upgrade offering

I was so pleased with the Quick Turnaround on my order, But all my Riders are telling me that they look Orange rather than the Brillant Red that I had designed them with, I have sent several inquires to them with no response, I need to reorder but I want to make sure I get these redone with the right Colors
