Nature's Return Wood Works can do magic with wood, but when it came to the high quality graphics for our Logo, we got a failing grade. I absolutely love everything about sticker mule

The character was redrawn just fine, I just neglected to keep an eye out for the background and it turns out that the character body is transparent where the color matched the background color. I don't recall if the review process even allowed an opportunity to see it against a different background color, which would have made it readily apparent.

A little disappointed. They had done a great redraw for me in the past and when I selected another I mistakenly submitted to them the same design. I immediately emailed them to advise them of the mistake and see if I could get a refund. I never heard back and instead they sent me a redraw that I have yet to approve.
