Great customer service - covered for my mistake!

The creation process for this was so easy. It only took a few minutes to upload my image, pick options and get it sent. Somehow in my rush to get it out, the shipping address was wrong. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until it shipped and I looked back at the invoice. The team was so responsive in trying to help me figure it out. They offered to reprint it and sent out new ones at no cost. I never located the original shipment and ended up doing this. The whole process was a few weeks.
