Absolutely disappointed

Besides, that's not the image I sent you. Is there someone who takes care of checking the orders, because there has been a huge lack on your part and your company. I would like to be reimbursed or that you send me my order by express, because I trusted you and I have an event that is coming very soon. Obviously, I wouldn't have the stickers I ordered because of you and a lack of verification on your part. In addition the order I received is number: R121115322 and my order is number: R262166244.
