Came out very light.

I used to work for a custom item company and we would call or email the client before the item went through, if something was off on the custom item. This particular item I designed came out so light, that it is basically just a white circle. Yet, the company never contacted me to say so, they just sent the item to me. So now I'm like, what do I even do with this?! I would think that a company would want to make sure the item comes out clearly...
