Got someone else's order and then mine delayed about about a week and a half

I've normally had a great experience with Sticker Mule but this last order they sent me someone else's order - like a different order entirely. They offered to re-print the order and send it to arrive a week and a half later. Wasn't the best experience and hopeful it was just a one time thing.
