white on the inside :-(

I sent in a PNG with transparent background, but the tattoos arrived with the transparent areas white instead of empty :-( When I approved the order, the displayed background of a white screen was the same as the transparent areas, and so it was impossible to tell that I was approving white color background instead of transparent. I have placed larger orders with stickermule multiple times, and keep coming back because of the amazing quality, speed, great prices, (and mule sauce!). But I am definitely disappointed in how these came out.
