Best CSR team ever!

All three shirts (M) in this order fit fine upon delivery. Per the instructions, I washed them in cold water and medium heat dry. They shrank significantly so I contacted Customer Service. The CSR told me the dimensions of their medium size T-shirts. I used a measuring tape, sent pictures showing they were several inches shy of their standard. They offered free replacement T-shirts in a larger size, and the turnaround time was absolutely incredible! The quality of their T-shirts is fantastic! Very soft, comfortable and based on my interaction with their customer service department, I will undoubtedly be ordering from them over and over again. Truly a company worth using.
