Beware of art previews accuracy

These look really great, except the white from our image in just one area was made clear. When I was sent the artwork it all looked white, there was no way to tell that they had just decided to make one part of the art clear. When I reached out to customer service it was like oh well you should have done the toggle to see what it looked like on dark surfaces (which I didn't even see on the art screen nor was it recommended to check this). Really disappointed and even though I am really satisfied with the over all look of the key chain (and all the products we ordered) I will probably not order again.
