Poor quality

My labels came in and I immediately noticed they were very poorly done. I wrote in my request to please let me know if when the first label was printed it came out blurry. The proof looked fine, but the prints are terrible. There's no gloss to the labels at all, they are cloudy looking and you can't really read anything on the label. The entire label is blurry. Wouldn't put these labels on my products at all, complete waste of money unfortunately. I've recieved quality stickers from sticker mule, but would definitely not recommend their labels at the point in time. If they can make it right and get me some quality labels I would revise my review, but at this point I cant say I'm a happy customer.
