If you could see the delight of all of my coworkers when these kiss-cut Chatty stickers arrived, you'd realize that a single smiley star doesn't suffice for this review. That being said, once the stickers have been handed out we've had a hard time figuring out where to adhere such a precious commodity. In time, they will find their resting places and the world will be better for it as randomly placed Chattys (sic) are discovered, contagiously creating broad smiles across the world.
