Wall graphic - dissapointed

I am disappointed in my wall graphic, it was rolled up in a tube as I would have expected it to be, but there were two folds in it which left permanent fold lines and the ink was worn off in both places. It would not he that difficult to wrap the graphic around a smaller tube, then insert that into the larger tube to eliminate this from happening.
