Very late, bad customer rights

The item is fine but Stickermule’s treatment of my order being lost in the post was atrocious. I had to beg to get what they promise on their very website (i.e. store credit when an order is late), because they would either resend it (even later), or they would give me credit. They finally graciously accept to do so “as an exception” (literally it says that they do so on their publicly available FAQ). Would also appreciate if the method of shipping was listed when ordering, because if I knew this was going to be untracked mail I might not have ordered. The last time I ordered with free shipping it was tracked so I didn’t know it was going to be different.
