Labels cut horribly.

I reordered some Labels for my candles and added some details, the first time I ordered the stickers, they were at least cut centered so I know it wasn't a "artwork issue", I would say at least the 20 first stickers are super crooked and then they tend to be centered better. I did not expect to be paying so much for subpar quality, and for some reason the rolls of Labels all have came dirty with some kind of debris like dirt or I don't know what.
